3. Subscription Terms

ProveMines offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Data Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, all data is compiled from public company filings and may contain errors. We provide source links for verification. ProveMines makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data presented on the platform. Users should verify critical data points against original source documents.

5. Intellectual Property

The compiled dataset, platform design, and analysis tools are the intellectual property of ProveMines. While the underlying data is sourced from public filings, the specific compilation, organization, and presentation represent original work. You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape the compiled data without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) redistribute paid content to non-subscribers; (d) attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.
